Ontario College Application Process
Apply through ontariocolleges.ca
All Ontario college applications are submitted through the central ontariocolleges.ca portal. You can apply to up to 5 programs. The application fee is $150 for up to 5 choices.
Application Deadlines
February 1 is the equal consideration deadline for fall intake (September). Applications after February 1 are processed on a first-come first-served basis. Some programs fill quickly so apply early.
Required Documents
Official transcripts, English language test results (IELTS or equivalent), statement of purpose for some programs, and reference letters for competitive programs.
Immigration tip: Ontario college graduates can apply for the OINP International Student stream after graduation. This nominates you for Ontario permanent residence. Conestoga, Seneca, and Humber graduates have historically had strong OINP success rates due to high employer demand in their fields.
